Parking
Designated accessible parking, proper signage, 96” access aisle, curb cuts or curb ramp (1:12), 36” wide min. accessible route of travel. If multiple accessible buildings exist, accessible route to all.

Interior
General - Accessible goods and services including interior 36” wide accessible route, aisles, and elevator if present.
Restaurant - Accessible goods and services including interior accessible route, aisles, rooms, seats, and tables. Multilevel sites have accessible ramp or offer same services at both levels. Accessible lounge or bar area if present.
Meeting Rooms - Interior accessible route, aisles, seats, tables. Accessible ramp to raised platform if present, and assistive listening devices.
Accessible Guest Rooms
Wheelchair Accessible - Accessible rooms including door approach area, 32” clear door width, and door hardware, in-room 36” wide accessible route, controls and mechanisms within wheelchair reach ranges, lowered closet rods, and telephone located near bed. Accessible bathroom including toilet and lavatory clear space, grab bars, and shower (roll-in or tub transfer bench).
Hearing Impaired Accessible - Accessible rooms including door knock visual notification device, telephone volume control and ring visual notification device, and electrical outlet within 4’ of telephone jack.
Public Rest Room
Accessible public rest room(s) including door, door hardware, stall, toilet and lavatory clear space, and grab bars.
Other
Accessibility requirements for the visually impaired are present including Braille signage, menus and guides.
